PERFECTLY BALANCED MEAL

This vegan cream of mushroom soup is:

Have it as an appetizer and it will serve 4, or have it as a main course with some fancy bread (or just regular bread), it’ll serve 2 and you can call it dinner!
Ingredients: Oyster, Shitake and Porcini Mushrooms, Oat flakes.
Spices: black pepper, salt, garlic, onion, red hot chili pepper, leek, celery, coriander, bay leaves, fennel seeds, parsley, thyme, coriander, miso, koji, dextrose.
1. Two tablespoons of olive oil, 600ml of water, and the mushroom mix add to a bowl and gently stir using a whisk.
2. Once the mix is perfectly melted with the water pour everything into a large saucepan and heat gently on a medium heat
3. Cook for about 15 minutes and stir from time to time using a wooden spoon.
4. Serve with fried chopped mushrooms and parsley sprinkled on the top.
